Refund and Returns Policy

At Iknan.co.uk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing & Handling Fees

• All refunds are subject to a 5% processing and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Any shipping costs incurred will also be deducted from the refund.

2. Exchanges

• An exchange may be available at our discretion, provided the goods have not yet been shipped.
• If an exchange is approved:
  • If the replacement item is less than the original order value, a 5% payment processing fee will still be deducted from the difference.
  • If the replacement item is greater than the original order value, no processing fee will apply to the additional amount payable.

3. Made-to-Order Products

• Please note that made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• If you are unsure whether a product is made to order, you must contact us before purchase for clarification.

4. Returns

• Returns will only be accepted if agreed in advance with us.
• Customers are responsible for:
  • Shipping the product back to us, and
  • All costs associated with the return.
